Returns & Refunds
Floral Arrangements, Quilts, and One-of-a-Kind Pieces:
All sales of floral arrangements, quilts, and one-of-a-kind items are final and cannot be returned. This policy will be clearly noted in the product details. We encourage you to contact us prior to purchase for any additional information or images you may need.
Return Policy for Other Items:
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Starting a Return:
To initiate a return:

- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Damages & Issues:
Los Angeles Floral Company proudly uses reclaimed fabrics in our quilted items. All natural wear, mending, and heritage marks found in our quilted goods are unique to the original textile and are not covered under any LAFC return policy. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
We will promptly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Quilts
- Floral arrangements
- One-of-a-kind products
- Custom orders (such as commissions, special orders, or personalized items)
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific purchase. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process.
- Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@losangelesfloralcompany.com.
Important Notes
We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Los Angeles Floral Company items purchased from other retailers. We are also not liable for items purchased elsewhere—whether full price or secondhand.
