Our quilts are handcrafted, with quilt tops always made from locally sourced reclaimed or remnant fabrics, designed to be modern heirlooms.

2. Do you ship preserved flowers?

   No, we do not currently ship preserved flower arrangements due to their delicate nature. However, we are exploring options to offer this service in the future. Stay tuned!

3. Do preserved flowers smell?

   Preserved flowers do not retain the scent of fresh flowers. This allows them to maintain their appearance and longevity without the need for water or special care.

4. Is your studio open to the public?

   No, our studio is not currently open to the public. However, we are available for collaborations. Please contact us via email for inquiries.

5. Are your products returnable?

   All sales of floral arrangements, quilts, and one-of-a-kind items are final and cannot be returned. This policy will be clearly noted in the product details. We encourage you to contact us prior to purchase for any additional information or images you may need.

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible:

- Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase is required.

   We primarily work with cotton or cotton blends to ensure that our quilt tops are soft and develop that beloved crinkled texture, just like the family keepsake quilts passed down through generations. We source reclaimed fabrics, including vintage textiles, clothing remnants, and industry fabric scraps, adding unique character to every quilt.

   The quilt tops are made from locally sourced reclaimed fabrics or industry remnants. Both the quilt back and binding are made from premium quilter’s cotton, which is hand-stitched to ensure a soft and durable finish. We also use 100% cotton batting to provide lightweight comfort and durability.

9. How should I care for my hand-stitched quilt?

   To care for your quilt, we recommend gentle machine washing in cold water on a delicate cycle, or hand washing. Line drying or using a low heat setting on your dryer is ideal to maintain the quilt's integrity. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach to preserve the fabrics and stitching.

10. Will my quilt develop a ‘crinkled’ texture over time?

    Every quilt is prewashed to ensure it arrives with the crinkled texture shown on the product page. Over time, it will only get softer with use, enhancing its well-loved feel.

14. Why do you require a signature on shipped quilts?

   We require a signature on shipped quilts to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your handcrafted piece. This policy guarantees that your quilt arrives directly to you, providing an added level of protection during the shipping process.

15. Do you offer Shipping & Delivery?

   Local Delivery (Floral Arrangements):  

   We offer local delivery within Los Angeles and the greater Los Angeles area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and zip code. Oversized or heavy products may incur additional fees. Please note:

- As a made-to-order floral studio, we do not offer same-day delivery.

- Schedule your delivery at checkout, with the earliest option being the next day.

- We utilize a third-party delivery service and do not offer pick-up services.

- Currently, we do not ship floral arrangements due to their delicate nature.

   Quilts:  

   Quilts are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, fully insured, and with a signature required. This is a firm policy to ensure that your handcrafted quilt arrives safely and securely.

   Home Goods:  

   Shipping options for home goods are available at checkout. You can include shipping insurance for the full value of your package if desired.

   International Shipping:
